Grouch-In-a-Can

Bring home your own Oscar -- the Grouch, that is. An empty film canister becomes the perfect home for your child's grouchy friend.
What you'll need:
- Empty black film canister with lid
- Large (2") green pom-pom
- 2 Wiggle eyes (7 mm)
- Tacky glue
- Short piece of narrow green ribbon (if you wish to hang it)
- Toothpick
How to make it:
- With toothpick run small amount of tacky glue around inside of film canister around top edge.
- Place green pompom into canister so that about 1/2 of
pompom shows over top. - With toothpick, spread tacky glue around underside of lid, then place on top of pom-pom slightly tilted back towards green hanging ribbon (if you plan on hanging it).
- With toothpick, spread small amount of tacky glue on eyes
and stick onto ball. - There you have it - Grouch-In-a-Can!
